Globalists and Anti-globalists

 

Globalists are people who support the idea of global integration and globalization, that is, uniting the world community into a single whole. For globalists, freedom of movement of goods, services, information, people and capital is important, as well as cooperation between states in order to improve life on the planet. They also support the formation of global organizations such as the UN, WTO, and IMF, which they believe contribute to regulating the global economy.

Globalists are people who support the idea of global cooperation and integration at the international level. They believe that joint efforts can help solve many of the global problems the world is facing today. One of the main problems that globalists want to solve is climate change. However, anti-globalists believe that globalization has a negative impact on ordinary citizens, that it creates unemployment, worsens the environmental situation and convincingly reduces people's cultural and local identity. Anti-globalists are also against the formation of global organizations, as they believe that they weaken national sovereignty. The conflict between globalists and anti-globalists arises from different worldviews and degrees of comfort in the global economy. Globalists see opportunities for development in globalization, while anti-globalists are convinced that it is a threat to public well-being and principles.
